Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of psychotherapy techniques and hypnosis. We use tools and techniques based on the most current research into neuroscience to help you achieve fast, long-lasting results. Because the therapy is solution focused, we don’t discuss the past or pick over painful memories, we help the client to find the right solutions for them to move forward. We believe that the client is the expert of their own lives and the role of the therapist is a facilitator and guide, using the techniques of positive thinking and hypnotherapy to help the client take small steps towards their long-term goal.
