Because the therapy is solution focused, we don’t discuss the past or pick over painful memories; I help you to find the right solutions for you to move forward. I believe that the you’re the expert of your own life and my role is to facilitate and guide, using the techniques of positive thinking and hypnotherapy to help the you take small steps towards your long-term goal.
